and Asian fare, seafood dishes, and succulent specialties. Trader
Vic's glass-enclosed Chinese wood-fire oven cooks meats and seafood,
smoke-kissed to perfection and allows guests to watch the cooking
process. In addition, seasonally inspired specialties come with
the classic creativity of our chefs and their expertise
in Pan-Asian cuisine.
Dinner is served Sunday through Thursday, 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Friday and Saturday, 5:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
Bar and lounge hours: Sunday through Thursday, 4:00 p.m. to midnight
